Individual Retreats
Delynn begins with assessment: your Enneagram type, personal history, and what you want to work on. She then creates a customized two-day retreat to launch deep self-exploration.
In the retreat, Delynn will explore identity, personality, and what you can do now to “update the software” of your personality, leading to greater satisfaction, fulfillment, and joy – and radically improved relationships.
Coaching
Sustaining change and momentum after the retreat, coaching allows you to step back from daily life to see through habitual patterns, develop perspective, and create options, awareness and choice. Coaching includes a blend of face-to-face meetings and phone or Skype sessions.
